SEVEN NEW APPRENTICES STARTED TO WORK AT IPROTEX ON SEPTEMBER 01. DURING THE INTRODUCTION WEEK, THEY WERE INTRODUCED TO THE DEPARTMENTS AND THE DIFFERENT PRODUCT AREAS OF THE COMPANY. 

IPROTEX relies on the future generations. That is why four commercial and three industrial apprentices started their apprenticeship at the Münchberg and Crimmitschau locations this year as well. In order to offer an warm welcome, the “OnBoarding Week” took place in Münchberg for the first time.

Organized by the trainers Katharina Hübner and Lucas Köhler, a varied program was created. In addition to the presentation of the individual departments and locations, the focus is also on the products and their applications. What has been learned is deepened again through daily learning controls and work tasks. During the bowling night together or on the go-kart track, the fun was of course not neglected. Soon they´ll start their work in their areas.
