Key Account Manager (w/m/d)

Duties:

  • Acquiring new customers and securing repeat business from existing customers
  • Developing the Mobility & Tailor Made customer and market segments through both in-house and field sales
  • Coordinating and implementing all types of customer activities (support, consulting, and relationship management)
  • Inquiry/quotation process (including product costing, if necessary)
  • Implementation of market trends and product ideas in close collaboration with the relevant departments
  • Developing of new markets

Job Description:

  • Training as a textile technician or a degree in business administration with a strong technical background
  • Sales experience in the automotive/technical textiles sector
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Assertiveness and strong communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships
  • The ability to take the initiative and work in a methodical, results-oriented way as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
    The ability to work well in a team and handle pressure
